A Shad on the Delaware River.

It isn’t very often that we allow a 6th grader the opportunity to go on a “big” reward.  However when we found out that Frank never, ever caught a fish before we decided to bend the rules a bit.  Well thanks to Ken Koury and Michael Kromer, Frank got a feather in his cap today.  We are proud of you, Frank!
