Our children are exposed to adults every day.  Sometimes they learn valuable lessons from both sides of the coin.  There is a lot of bad in the  world, but also lot of good.  We search out the good by joining forces with businesses and individuals that want to give youth a chance to accomplish the unthinkable.  Recently, one of our students Rick A. had the chance to experiece the deep wilderness of Canada on a bear trip donated by Joe Peachey and Turnpike Ridge Outfitters.  The trip was more than just about getting a bear.  It was about years of sacrifice,  following the rules and setting high goals.  We are proud of Rick and the caing adults that surrounded him for his time in the spotlight.  It truly takes a village to raise a child.
