An invite from a bunch of old friends had us making a weekend trip to the Oswego River. This time we would be wade fishing for Salmon with an outreach student Jacob. Over the years Camp Compass has had several Noble Bullets help us on the fishing end. This time It Was Ray “Biggie” Heiser, Ben, and Steven Marzen who took on the roles of fishing mentor as the boys fished among the adults for their dream fish. The day started off warm and sunny with fish being caught all around. After a limit of Salmon and another special fish (see John Annoni.com) the long haul to the fish cleaning station began. Nothing like old friends of the camp giving back their secret fishing holes for another year.
