Trying to teach a math lesson about speed is best done hands on.  After a paper lesson on ducks and their flight speed at the academy it was time to apply the knowlwedge.  The picture proves the boys paid attention. After lots of hard work in the classroom a day in the field watching the sun rise and a labrador work is the reward.  The shooting and hunting  was as good as we ever had.  Now that watefowl taxidermy lesson from a few weeks back  will really come in handy!
